CoSchedule is Bae

As an agency that specializes in social media management, content development and overall brand storytelling, we try not to play favorites.

Keyword: “Try”

Working with our various clients in e-commerce, entertainment, nonprofit, tech and executive spaces means that we have a variety of needs.

That’s putting it mildly.

Some of our clients are big on reports; some aren’t. Some need blogging; others don’t. Some need schedule/calendar views; a few of them could care less. So what do you do when you have a variety of needs but want one tool to do it all?

You start the hunt for the perfect social media/content tool with excitement. It isn’t until you’ve gone through numerous platforms and trials that you learn than the perfect platform just might be harder to find than you thought.

Then you indulge in coffee (or chocolate, whatever your vice is) until the pain goes away.

Finally, as you’re about to give up, you come across the tool that seems too good to be true. In fact, you find yourself reading reading the fine print to see how a platform this perfect could have existed without you knowing about it.

Reporting? Check.

Scheduling? Check.

Blogging? Check.

Learning Opportunities? Check.

Social Media Campaign Building? Check.

Affordable? Chickety Check.

The tool? Coschedule.

Now do you see why we’ve labeled CoSchedule as Bae around the office?

Not only is it easy to use for all of our clients, but it’s easy to use for our team. And we’re not sure who said “easy” was bad, but they obviously didn’t have CoSchedule in mind.

When we began working with CoSchedule, we started out using it solely for scheduling content for our clients. That soon grew into an opportunity to expand our team by offering blogging capabilities. To say it was a hit would be an understatement.

The best part? We’re able to not only get approval on all content prior to it going live, but we also have a visual representation of a calendar (sorry, Google sheets...CoSchedule is Bae) so that our clients can see what’s happened and what will happen.

Anyone who has had to deal with multiple clients and multiple levels of approvals can understand our excitement in simplifying the process.

CoSchedule is easy to use, look at and versatile in what it offers. We may or may not have had a love-at-first-sight moment with the platform the moment we logged in (spoiler alert: we did). After fooling around with so many other tools and platforms, CoSchedule became one of the things that saved our business and our clients time and money. No longer did we have to wait for someone to get the Google Sheets doc and hope they didn’t mistakenly delete a row (or just not get it at all). Now, everyone was on the same page and the page felt great.

Bonus: CoSchedule leads in pricing just like it does features. And as recovering cheap skates, their pricing spoke to all of our inner deal finders.

Today, we are excited to use CoSchedule every day (frequently throughout the day) and are recommending all of our clients and potential clients about the usefulness of the tool.

In short: CoSchedule has been one of the best decisions our agency has made. If you haven’t already, we highly suggest you sign up for their FREE trial and try it out for yourself.

Who says love has to be complicated? CoSchedule is Bae!
